Acceptance and Contract Scope
By accessing or using Zentra services, you agree to these Terms and any referenced policies, product documents, or order forms that govern your use of the platform.
If you do not agree to the applicable terms, you must not use the service.
Section 02
Eligible and Prohibited Use
Services may be used only for lawful financial and operational workflows that comply with applicable regulations.
You must not use the platform for prohibited activities including fraud, sanctions evasion, identity abuse, misuse of financial rails, or unauthorized access attempts.
Section 03
Account and Workspace Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and controlling user permissions in your workspace.
You must promptly notify Zentra of suspected compromise, unauthorized account activity, or any incident that could affect regulated workflows or customer funds.
Section 04
Service Operation, Changes, and Availability
Zentra continuously improves services and may update features, interfaces, and operational controls over time.
Where possible, material changes that affect integrations, compatibility expectations, or compliance obligations are communicated through standard update channels or customer agreements.
Section 05
Liability, Suspension, and Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, Zentra may suspend or restrict access where required for security, compliance, fraud prevention, or platform integrity, and liability is limited as described in the applicable contractual terms.
Nothing in these terms limits rights or obligations that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
