Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zentra services, you agree to these Terms and any referenced policy documents.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligible and Prohibited Use

Services may be used only for lawful financial and operational workflows that comply with applicable regulations.

You must not use the platform for prohibited activities including fraud, sanctions evasion, identity abuse, or unauthorized access attempts.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and controlling user permissions in your workspace.

You must promptly notify Zentra of suspected compromise or unauthorized account activity.

Service Operation and Availability

Zentra continuously improves services and may update features, interfaces, and operational controls over time.

Where possible, material changes that affect integrations are communicated through standard update channels.

Liability and Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, Zentra excludes indirect and consequential damages and limits liability as described in contractual terms.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
